Arriving by Car

From Exeter city centre, take the A377 signposted to Crediton, passing the University on your right.

At the Cowley Bridge mini roundabout, take the first left towards Crediton. After approximately 500 yards, take the first turn on the right, signposted to Upton Pyne and Brampford Speke.

After 400 yards, you will see a sharp right turn, heading to the South West Water Works. Instead of taking that turn, turn through the two stone pillars next to the Lodge. Follow the drive round to the left and Pynes House is in front of you.

Sat nav users beware: your device may try to send you to the South West Water Works!
