Well, what a year 2015 was for Pynes House. From photoshoots to birthdays, charity dinners and, of course, weddings it has been a fantastically busy year. By our reckoning, several thousand guests have passed through the doors of Pynes House this year. We’ve watched the creation of delicious food from canapés and three course fine dining to crispy fish and chips and gourmet bbqs. And the cakes, oh, the beautiful cakes. We’ve heard classical musicians, ceilidhs, party bands and DJs galore. The house has looked fabulous decorated with amazing floral arrangements, but what has often struck us most have been the individual touches and details that every couple has brought to their wedding to reflect their own personalities.
Our vision was to revive the house and create elegant spaces which bring out the best of the historic fabric of the house, but also giving it a classic contemporary feel. From the moment we began our renovation of Pynes House, we have always loved its beauty and character. Now that we have opened our doors, it is so lovely to find that many other people do as well.
Finally, a huge thank you to all the couples who celebrated their weddings in Pynes House in 2015 – it is such a thrill and privilege to be involved in one of the most important days of a couple’s lives. And to all couples getting married here in 2016… we can’t wait to welcome you here at Pynes House.
